These are delicious coconut meringue cookies coated in milk chocolate. A simple and indulgent treat, subtly blending the crunch of meringue, the aroma of coconut, and the softness of chocolate.
They can be enjoyed at any time of day. They're a perfect accompaniment to a good coffee or hot chocolate. These little coconut rocks are, of course, handcrafted in our Sainte-Mère-Eglise workshop.
