Each cookie, each chocolate, each ice cream is made in our workshops with passion, respecting artisanal methods and a constant high standard. Our recipes are free of artificial colors, preservatives, and additives, to guarantee a simple, authentic, and truly delicious experience.

Our local commitment

Proud of our roots, we work hand in hand with local producers. This choice of local products gives our creations all their authenticity. Three of our flagship biscuits—Sablé de Sainte-Mère-Église, Délice du Goublin, and Le Normand—are also labeled Manche Terroirs .
