The gourmet Biscuit-Maker

Michel Creveuil and Stéphane Marguerie, two shopkeepers from Sainte-Mère-Eglise, combined their skills and created the Sainte-Mère-Eglise Biscuit with passion. Obviously, the project is based on the tourist potential of the Landing sites, but it is above all the attention paid to the quality of the biscuits and the permanent desire to set the taste-buds of all gourmets tingling that drive the company.

A chief pastry cook and a pastry cook joined the team, bringing their know-how and professionalism. They all pay special care to the choice of raw materials, selecting quality ingredients, the most noble and the most natural.

Manufactured in the greatest respect of pastry-making tradition, the biscuits are nevertheless firmly modern with recipes designed to suit consumer requirements, a varied range of tastes and regular creation of new products.

The packaging is also innovating. Trays of different sizes allow customers in the shop to create their own assortments while at the same time guaranteeing that the biscuits stay fresh thanks to individual packaging.
